The system stores a record of the Payments made by a certain customer. This information is accesible from thePayment Historyscreen and Customer Dashboard.
Instructions to Access Payment Register

Go to Setup >>Customers (or click on the customer name, from several screens in the system).
Ui step
Use the available filters to find a given customer.
Ui step
Click on the customer name.
Ui step
Click on the Payments tab.
Ui step
The payment history will appear. Notice that you will be able to send the payment details by email or print them, from the Actions column.
