In this article you will learn how to edit a Prebook and what you can modify in it. With Prebooks that are associated to a Purchase Order you can only edit the price.

Edit a Prebook
To modify an existing Prebook, do the following instructions:
Go to Prebooks & SOs and select Prebook Summary.
Click on Standard View.
Search the Prebook you are editing.
Click on Edit from the Actions column. This will take you to the Add Prebook screen.
Edit the Prebook information. If you want to change the Quantity and the Price, you will be able to do it
immediately, or if you want to change details such as Box Type, Unit Type, or Vendor, go to the Actions column and click on Edit.
If the Prebook is already associated with a PO, the system will only allow you to edit
the price. (
To make an exception, activate the user setting Allow Price Changes on Purchased Items).
