If a Standing Order has been Cancelled, the system allows to reactivate it. This article explains how to do this.

Considerations

This option will only appear for those Standing Orders with a Cancelled status. Keep in mind that once a SO is reactivated, the system will start from then on the automatic generation of Prebooks before their Truck Date, according to the Settings for Standing Orders.

Reactivate a Standing Order

When a Standing Order is canceled, the system stores the Standing Order as inactive instead of deleting it in case you need to use it again.

To reactivate a canceled Standing Order, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Prebook & SO'

s>>Standing

  1. s and select Standing Order Summary.

3) Go to the Actions column and click

  1. Click on the drop-down button from the Actions column.
