Select the option 8 (eight) on the scan gun:

 Start scanning the boxes to be opened (or enter the box code manually)

 The above code corresponds to the product Calla Red  which is in the inventory in boxes:

Sometimes the system does not open a box, this may be due to several reasons:

Box not found: When the scanned code does not exist in the system.

Box not in inventory: This message is displayed when the box is in the Staging Area.

Box already sold: This message will appear when the box has been sold.

Once the box is scanned the counter displays 1 and you will be able to scan the next box. Once you finish, the scanned products will be in the inventory in units.
