In this section, you can learn how to configure the Outbound Freight. This setting can be enabled or disabled when needed. This setting also allows you to establish the individual fuel surcharge for each of the product types.

The fuel surcharge will allow you to enter the % for each item type:

  • Fresh Cut
  • Plants

Info

The fuel surcharge will be added to the freight which will be reflected on the invoice as an additional charge.

Instructions

To enable the "Outbound Freight" follow the steps below:

Go to Setup > Settings.

 > click on Outbound Freight.

 The Outbound Freight Options window will pop-up, here you can enable or disable the option for "Outbound Freight".  Enter the percentage of each of the item type: Fresh Cut

Once the above has been done. You can set up the Cube Rate capacity per customer for the outbound carrier. To do so, go

to

to Setup

 > Customers, once there go to the "Actions"

column

 column and click

on Edit. When the pop-up window comes up click on "Days of Service. Select the carrier for a specific day if needed or enter in the "Cube Rate" field the value required for that customer.
