Go to Shipping>Order Summary. Click on the Actions button and select Manage Warehouse Pullers.

A pop up window called Manage Warehouse Pullers will appear. The user shouldClick on the "New Puller" button. Another window will pop up called New Warehouse Puller. Enter the information requested and click on Save.
Image Removed To delete the puller click on the Actions column in the Manage Warehouse Pullers option and click on the Delete icon.

To deactivate the puller without deleting it, go to the Actions column in the Manage Warehouse Pullers option and click on edit once the puller's information opens up, check the active checkbox.

The name of the Puller assigned can be seen from Shipping > Order Summary. When hovering the mouse over the name of the Puller, users will be able to see the date and time the last box was scanned and the date that puller was assigned.

From the Order Summary Users will be able to search by puller using the filters provided.

Go to Shipping > click on Order Summary. Click on the Actions button and select Manage Warehouse Pullers. Search for the Puller needed to print the code for and click on the Export to PDF button.

The system will download a PDF file with the Puller name and code.

From the Scanner's main menu, select option # 7 "Puller" and scan the puller code before scanning the orders. If the user has a password setup to access the scanner, the system will prompt the user for the password.

If the user does not have a password setup, the system will show the option to scan the Puller Code. The user should scan the Puller Code to continue assigning the order:

Users can start scanning orders as usual. In order to assign a puller, an order must exist. If not, the system will beep to advise the user that no puller is assigned.

The system will recognize the change and assign it to the new puller.In cases where another puller was assigned to an order, the system will show a warning message for users to accept the new puller or cancel.
