Overview

My profile section allows users you to customize their profilesyour user profile. These customizations include their Profile Picture, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number Nickname, as well as their password. To customize your profile, please your profile picture, first and last names, email address, phone number, nickname and your password.


Instructions


To modify your user profile, follow these instructions:

Locate the profile icon Click your account's profile icon  on the top right corner of your screen :

Click this icon and click and select My Profile option

You will find a window like the one below:

Modify your profile information by filling in the fields from the window.

You can change your profile picture

you can hover your mouse cursor over your current picture (or the default profile picture icon if you haven't uploaded any picture) and click on "Drag and drop your new image" or you can, alternatively take a picture from your computer and, as the prompt says, drag it and drop it over the circle to upload it.

This interface will show your current info, where you will see your current name on the top of the window, as well as, your current profile picture. You can edit this information, in case you need to update your info. 

TipDon't forget to save changes if you made any, by clicking on the Save button

by hovering your pointer over the circle and click on it to upload an image or drag and drop the image directly to the image area.

Click Save to apply new changes to your user profile.


Change your password


Ui steps

You can change your current password from the My profile section by entering your old password and confirm your new password twice.


Tip

Keep in mind that your password must: 

  • Be at least 12 characters long
  • Include at least one special character (!"·$%&/()=?¿)
  • Not contain white spaces or your username.
