Instructions

To get this file, please follow the next steps after you login into Komet Sales with your username and password:to Komet Sales.

Select the company you are going to

work with, if you work with more than one company

purchase from.

Go to E-Commerce > Purchased Items tab.

Filter the desired information accordingly (i.e. by order date, carrier, status).

Click on Export to Excel button.

After that, the downloaded file should look like this:

Download an example of the Excel file. Notice that at the end of the file, you will find a brief description for each displayed column in the file
