Adding UPC Information

 Users will be able to manually add UPC information to each item following the below:

Fill in all the necessary information and click on the "Add UPC information" link.

Important

Make sure of entering 11 digits in the UPC

information and click on Save. Then click on Add. The

Number field and click on Generate, next to the Check Digit field.

Editing an existing Prebook to add UPC Information:

Assorted boxes (including those having Recipes) can have a general UPC for the whole box, and a specific UPC for each product within the box.

Editing Existing UPC Information in Prebooks

Go to Prebook Summary.

Search the Prebook needed

and open it.

. Go to the Actions column and click on Edit.

Once opened, click on "Edit" under the Actions column.

Find the item that the UPC information needs to be

added to and follow the instructions above.
Note
The system will automatically show the UPC information for the product (except the Pull Date which changes on each order) if the prebook is for the same item and customer.
