See K2K Connections
You can see active, suspended, and available K2K connections from the choose company screen. Three icons can appear next to the company name and logo that inform you about K2K availability and its status:
Blue. The connection is active.
Gray. The connection is available.
Yellow. The connection is suspended.

You can go to the Choose Company screen with the shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + C or Command + Shift + C. |

Request a New Connection
To request a connection with a company, click on the gray K2K icon and follow the steps on the screen. Once you request a connection, the system will email the company administrators the information required to set up the connection.
