This option allows to set up a markup that will apply over the final price displayed on the E-commerce for a given customer. it also applies to products coming from K2K. It can be set up either in dollars or percentage and be positive or negative.

Set an E-Commerce Markup

  1. Go to Setup and select Customers.

  2. Search the Customer.

  3. Click on Edit from the Actions column.

  4. Click on Advanced in the Setup tab.

  5. Enter the amount in the E-Commerce Markup field in the E-Commerce Settings section.

  6. Select if the markup is in percentage or amount.

  7. Click on Save.

The system will apply the e-commerce markup after having considered the limit price. The order for calculating the final price is the next:

  1. Product Price.

  2. E-commerce Markup.

  3. Price B markup.

  4. Sell fast markup.

  5. E-commerce Limit Price Consideration.

  • E-commerce Markup.

    1. FOB-Fuel Surcharge.

    2. Final price calculation.

    Keep in mind that the E-commerce markup will override the Price B markup

    (in case

    , if both are enabled

    ).

    If the setup is negative (a discount)

    ,

    the system will subtract the markup value from the product price.
  • If the setup is positive, the system will add the markup value to the product price.
    • Keep in mind that this markup prevails over the Price B Markup explained above on this page

    and applies to all inventory types.

    Instructions

    1. Go to Setup and select Customers.
    2. Search the Customer.
    3. Click on Edit from the Actions column.
    4. Click on Advanced in the Setup tab.
    5. Enter the amount in the E-Commerce Markup field in the E-Commerce Settings section.
    6. Click on Save.
