Enabling this setting will allow users with access to the Order Entry tab to identify whenever an order has a GPM that's either below or above the company's set GPM.

The system will display a green or red arrow next to the invoice amount every time the GPM is higher or lower that then the percentage established.

To set the maximum and minimum GPM required please follow the steps below:

In the GPM tab, establish both percentage limits and save.

Once this is done the system will start marking the orders that are below or above the GPM range, with either a red arrow for orders with a GPM below the minimum

limit

, or a green arrow for orders with a GPM above the maximum

limit.

For multi-locations companies you can fin this option by following the next steps:

Go to Setup > Settings > Locations tab > Select the Location > Click on the Low GPM Sales Notification link.

A pop up window will appear. Enter the information requested and click on Save.
