If a Standing Order has been Cancelled, the system allows to reactivate it. This article explains how to do so. |
Considerations
This option will only appear for those Standing Orders with a Cancelled status. Keep in mind that once a SO is reactivated, the system will start from then on the automatic generation of Prebooks before their Truck Date, according to the Settings for Standing Orders.
Instructions
1) Go to Prebook & SO's>>Standing Order Summary.
2) Search for the Standing Order to be reactivated using the available filters.
3) Go to the Actions column and click on the drop-down button.
4) Click con Reactivate.
5) Click on Yes to confirm.

Reactivate a Standing Order
When a Standing Order is canceled, the system stores the Standing Order as inactive instead of deleting it in case you need to use it again.
To reactivate a canceled Standing Order, do the following instructions:
Go to Prebook & SO's and select Standing Order Summary.
Search theStanding Order.
Click on the drop-down button from the Actions column.
Click on Reactivate.
Click on Yes.
