Requirements
To set up your white-label site, you will need the following information:
If you want to use your own URL, you will need an SSL and a CNAME record.
The
Domain or DNS for the login page (e.g. shop.mycompanyflowers.com.)
Connect to the DNS provided by Komet Sales to create a CNAME. Read Create a CNAME Record.
An SSL Certificate (.crt).
Certificate Chain (files provided by the Domain provider).
The KeyStore (Private Key) created when generating the SSL (.key).

Generate an SSL Certificate
You must generate a Security Certificate for the URL you want to appear to access your Komet Account and services.
To obtain a Security Certificate, you must create a Keystore, a CRT and a Private Key (a text file you must send to support@kometsales.com or your Komet Sales advisor).
To do this, we recommend you check the documentation of your domain's provider. For example, comodo, GoDaddy, justhost, etc.

Create a CNAME Record
To have your own domain, you must create a Canonical Name (CNAME) to create an alias corresponding to existing internet host records.
To create a CNAME by using a DNS Manager, do the following instructions:
Login in a DNS Manager.
Click on Add/Create DNS.
Fill in the required fields:
Host: the name of the resource you are creating. Max 25 characters allowed. E.g: www.
TTL: Time to Live in seconds.
Type: CNAME Record.
Target: the name of the host for the selected alias. Komet Sales will provide the Target.
Click on Save.

App Customization
You can do a white-label setup if you want to show your brand instead of Komet Sales. Next Here are the options things you can customize according to your company's needs:
Login Screen: display your company's logo. (
Suggested dimensions for the
logo file:
Size: 280px X 100px
Background: White
File type: PNG or jpg
Resolution 72dpi
Login Screen Background: change customize the color or show the background you prefer. (Suggested background image of your login page.
Recommended dimensions for the background
file:
Size: 1920 X 1080px
File type: PNG or jpg
Login Restriction: users will only be able to access your company using your portal, even if they are associated to with more companies.
The URL of the platform: you can customize the URL address to access your platform, online shop, etc. E.g. shop.mycompany.com.
The favicon and page name: add your site name and logo (favicon).
Outbound email address: The sender’s email address from: to send for notifications to your partners. E.g. noreply@yourcompany.com.
Hide Need Help option: you will be able to can hide the Need Help? button located within the platform.
Customized reset password email: the system allows you to set an email to reset the password for your users.
E-Commerce Customization
Optional options
Additional to the customization explained above (header background, background color, background image, login screen, URL, favicon, etc), you can also add or remove the following elements from your e-commerce:
Customize E-commerce invitation: the system allows you to customize Invitation: Customize information within the email invitation sent on your behalf to your partners.
Hide the Komet Sales logo from the footerLogo: you can also remove Remove upon request the Komet Sales logo from the footer of your e-commerce site.
Terms of Service: you can show Display your own terms of service or any other information for your customers in your e-commerce site footer.
Once you enable White Label
on your E-commerce site, the following elements will be removed form the header:
What's New link.
Bloomy Pro link.
Komet Connected link.
Requirements
To set up your white label feature, the Komet representative will ask you for the next pieces of information:
The Domain or DNS for the login page (e.g. shop.mycompanyflowers.com.)
The SSL certificate (please see below for details).
All the files that the domain provider sends you.
The KeyStore was created while generating the SSL.
Generate SSL
You must generate a Security Certificate for the URL you want to appear to access your Komet Account and services.

WeUpdate Security Certificates
Security certificates expire after some time to maintain a high-security standard.
To update the certificates of a company using Komet Sales as a white-label system, do the following instructions:
Get your new Private Key, SSL Certificate, and Certificate Chain (files provided by the Domain provider.)
Send these files to your Komet Sales representative.
