Overview

My profile section allows you to customize your user profile. These customizations include your profile picture, first and last names, email address, phone number, nickname and your password.


Instructions


To modify your user profile, follow these instructions:

Click your account's profile icon  on the top right corner of your screen and select My Profile option



Ui step

Modify your profile information by filling in the fields from the window.

You can change your profile picture by hovering your pointer over the circle and click on it to upload an image or drag and drop the image directly to the image area.




Ui step

Click Save to apply new changes to your user profile.


Change your password


Ui steps

You can change your current password from the My profile section by entering your old password and confirm your new password twice.


Tip

Keep in mind that your password must: 

  • Be at least 12 characters long
  • Include at least one special character (!"·$%&/()=?¿)
  • Not contain white spaces or your username.
