To place an E-commerce order from Future Inventory follow the steps below:

First of all, create an order using instructions from our

When selecting the ship date the system will display future inventory for that company.

Select the available ship date and product to buy.

After

you purchase

purchasing a product from Future Inventory the system will generate

a Prebook instead of an Invoice.

The system displays the "Your Cart" button but you will not  be able to edit the

a Prebook order. The Prebook generated will not require approval from the Account Manager.

The system shows a Your Cart button where the order can be reviewed. However, it's not possible to edit products already added. If

you want

the user wishes to edit any information

, you should remove

the product

and select it again. Then, click on the Checkout button

will need to be removed from the shopping cart and added again.

Once done editing the order, click on the Checkout button to submit it. The system will send an email with the

prebook

Prebook details to the person creating the order and to the

account manager

Salesperson.

You will have a new tab called "Prebook Summary" where you can find information relating to any Prebooks generated.

Users will be able to see all orders placed from the "Prebook Summary" tab.


Info

The price for Future Inventory products is the same as the Standalone Purchase Order product's price. Therefore, if a product has a $0 price in the Purchase Order, the system will not display the product on E-Commerce. The GPM and Price-list information will not apply to Prebooks generated from future inventory inventory ordered in E-commerce.
