Remember that when a customer is in a group, available credits will not apply individually per customer and cannot be applied to any payment transaction.

Add a Customer to a Group
To add a Customer to a new or existing group, do the following instructions:
Go to Setup
and select Customers.
Search
the customer
you are
setting
up.
Click on Edit in the Actions column
. The Customer Information modal will open.
Click on the Advanced link on the Setup tab.
Enter the group name in the Group field.
Click on Save.
