 The system allows to quickly substitute Prebook items in units from the Allocations View.

Ui step

From the Allocations View, hover the mouse over the product name. The system will display a Sub indicator next to the product name. Click on it. You can also type Ctrl+S when the cursor is over the product line to substitute.


Ui step

The system will open the Substitue product window. Enter the product name with which you want to replace the old product and the quantity of units you want to allocate. Click on Allocate to finish.


Ui step

Once you do it, the system will display a sub mark. Next to the new product name. In case you use different products for substitute a single Prebook line, the system will display always the last product entered.

If a product has been substituted, a Sub mark will appear next to it on the Fulfillment View, Standard View and Order Summary. The Fulfillment Worksheet will also display the old product below the product name.
