 The receiving process allows you to scan shipment boxes as received in your warehouse systems. The K2K Receiving works the same way: A buyer company that purchases items from a vendor company using K2K can receive its boxes by scanning the barcode for the vendor's shipping labels.

Boxes from the same vendor purchased via phone or via the vendor's eCommerce website will not have the K2K mark and will not scan in and therefore are not part of the K2K process.

Start scanning the boxes. You can identify two bar codes from the shipping label in the boxes to receive, the Pick ticket and the Box Number barcodes. Be sure to scan the Box Number Barcode

There are some special considerations you must take into account as a buyer company when you receive your vendor boxes: 

  • If you vendor company uses a special Label prefix, the Box Number identifier will show different when you scan in
