A recipe is a bunch consisting of different varieties of flowers. Standing Orders can be created using Recipes' products.

How to Add a Recipe to a SO

A recipe can be added to a SO like any product. Each product line type Recipe will be marked with a blue star icon. Recipes can be both added from the boxes and the units tabs.

  1. Go to Prebooks & SO’s and select Add Standing Order.

  2. Fill the Customer, Carrier, Start On, Recurrence and Choose Truck Days fields, under General Order Information.

  3. Go to Item Information and select whether you need Boxes or Units.

  4. Fill the fields for the Item Information.

  5. Click on the Add button.

  6. Click on the Blue Star icon to see the Recipe details, including labor & materials.

Info

A Recipe can be added to Komet from the Product Setup. For further information please read Product Recipes.

Note

Growers are only able to confirm orders within the limit set by Users. In case changes need to be made to the order, Users can establish a limit on how many days in advance Growers can confirm a purchase order. For more information, you can visit: Restrict Purchase Order Confirmations.

Assorted Products with Recipes

Assorted Products can have Recipes within their breakdown. Click on the yellow star icon to see the breakdown. Products with recipes can be identified with a blue star icon.

Once you add a Recipe product, it cannot have a breakdown in itself.

The assorted product lines that contain Recipes will be identified with the yellow star icon. Once you click on it to see the details, Recipes will be identified with a blue star.
