This article explains some considerations to consider to set up prices and costs for K2K products. The Vendor Company has to set up the prices of Open Market inventory as usual, including the GPM and the markups that may apply. Buyer Companies, on the contrary, must take into account additional aspects. |

Buyer Company: Cost and Price Calculation
Cost: The price of the Vendor Company is affected by the markups and the customer's price list. If the customer set up in the Vendor Company for the Buyer Company has the Fuel Surcharge and Outbound Freight enabled, the system will include them in the cost and appear as additional charges in the invoice generated on the Vendor Company for the Buyer Company.
Retail Price: The Vendor Company's Cost plus the company's freight and GPM. In E-commerce, the retail price will be the cost, plus freight, GPM, and customer markups. If the customer has enabled the Fuel Surcharge and Show FOB Price settings, the system will include the Fuel Surcharge and the Outbound Freight in the price. Price lists apply to every customer associated with them.

Buyer Company: K2K Product Pricing Setup
You can set up the price of K2K products manually, and the system will use this price when selling those products. Otherwise, the system will calculate the price based on the company's GPM.

Estimated Landed Cost
You can see the estimated landed cost of K2K products from the
Inventory - Available Items screen.
Consolidation of Multiple Lines of the Same Product
Even if the products are shown separately from the VA - Available Items screen, the system will consolidate the products having the same product type, product pack, box type, vendor, and unit type in all the screens where K2K products can be added to an order (E-Commerce list, Add Prebooks, Add PO Standalone, etc.).
The system will display the highest price of the original product lines and separate consolidated lines once an order is created.
