The system allows changing the truck date and/or carrier information of a group of Prebooks using the Prebook mass update option available from the Prebook Summary screen.

Warning
Please note: Only Admins and Sales Manager roles can use this option.

Here are the instructions to do so

Go to Prebooks & SOs > Prebook Summary.

Use the filters in order to find the group of Prebooks that you want to change the information to.

Ui step
Once you get the results, click on the "Actions" button and select the Mass Update option.

Ui step
Change the Truck Date and/or carrier information and save it.

Ui step
The system will automatically update any Prebooks resulting from the search with any changes made on the Mass Update window. It is important to point out that the system will only change the information on the fields used. If either one is left blank, it won't affect any of the Prebooks previously filtered.
