Komet Sales provides a POD Status when orders have been scanned or pending to be scanned.

This is used so the warehouse knows which orders have been Scanned and/or Pending to Scanned to send out the Proof of Delivery to the customer by email. Refer to Emailing PODs for more information.  


Instructions

Follow these steps:

Go to Shipping > Order Summary.


Ui step

 Click on the "Search" button to use the filters needed. 


Ui step

 Filter by All, Pending to Scan or Scanned.


Ui step

 Under the column POD File, depending on how the filters were used, Komet Sales will display the "POD Status".


Ui step

 If the order was scanned, the POD Status will appear as "View" and if it was not scanned the POD Status column will remain empty.
