Grant Access to Reports

Depending on the level of access you want to grant a user, there are two ways of giving it, and each one has access to specific information:

Option One: Reports Role

The users with a Reports role assigned have access to all the company’s information and can visualize and export information from any combination of parameters.

To give a user access to every report, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Setup and select Users.

  2. Search the user you are modifying.

  3. Click on Edit from the actions column.

  4. Select the Roles user role from the list and click on Save.

Option Two: Specific User Access

When you enable user-specific access, the person will get access to the reports tabs but will only be able to visualize the data that belongs to their customers and their assigned user roles.

To enable user-specific access, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Setup and select Users.

  2. Search the user you are modifying.

  3. Click on Edit from the actions column.

  4. Click on the Options tab.

  5. In the Other Settings section, enable the Access to Role Assigned Reports setting and click on Save.
