Once you have enabled your test environment, the next step is to create an order and send its details through FedEx so you can generate the FedEx labels and send them to label@fedex.com for approval. We recommend you to create a dummy customer for this purpose. In this article, you will find how to create this type of customer.

Go to Setup > Customers.

 Click on the green "Add Customer" button.


Ui step

Enter the following basic information. Make sure you use a real address, country code, ZIP code, city, state since this will be validated by the FedEx server while sending the shipment details. You may enter, for example, your company information.

  1. Customer Name.
  2. Customer Code.
  3. Billing Information (including address, city, state, ZIP code, and country).
  4. Shipping Information  (including address, city, state, ZIP code, and country).

Click on Save and then, click on FedEx Integration.


Ui step

Enter the FedEx Account number (use the Test Account Number obtained while getting your test credentials from FedEx). Select the Service Type, the Bill To (any option will work) and click on Save to finish.
