Admin users can restrict certain actions for salespeople when creating Prebooks for each location.

Instructions:

Go to Setup > Settings > Location.

Select the location to work with and under Prebooks & SO's, click on "Prebook Settings".

Here are the different prebook settings that can be set per location:

Associate the logged user as salesperson: This option allows associating the salesperson to the order based on the user logged into Komet.
Allow salespeople to change the sales person of the order: Enabling this option allows salespeople to override the salesperson within a prebook order.
Allow salespeople to choose a Price List for a Prebook: If this option is enabled, the system will allow the salesperson to choose which Price list should be applied to a Prebook.
