Using this feature will help you create as many copies of Prebooks as you need. This is a time saver when you need to create multiple Prebooks with the same information.

Instructions

Go to Prebooks & SO's > Prebook Summary and look for the Prebook that you want to create a copy of.

Ui step
Under the Actions column click on Copy Prebook.

Ui step
On the confirmation window click on Yes, copy to continue with the process.

Ui step
Once you click on Yes, Copy, the system will direct you to the edition screen, where you can edit the information as needed. Finally, save your changes.
