You can use Prebook tags to search products from the Prebook’s Bulk Purchasing Mode or the Fulfillment View.

Add Tags to a Prebook line

  1. Go to Prebooks & SO's and select Add Prebook.

  2. Create the Prebook header.

  3. Add a Prebook line.

  4. While adding the Prebook Line, click on Add Tags.

  5. Enter the needed tags.

  6. Click on Save.

You can see a product’s tag by hovering over the tag icon next to the product’s name in the Prebook Details.

  • You can add a tag to a Prebook line created by clicking on Edit from the Actions column.

  • Tags entered here will be printed on the Pick Ticket.

  • You can use generic and corporate tags when creating prebooks for Multilocation Companies. For further information, please read Corporate Purchasing - Multiple Location Companies .
