Overview
Komet allows the vendor users to create and manage their availability through the Grower Portal.The vendors should request to the company to activate the Vendor Availability for their farm to have this option visible on their Grower Portal.
Add Vendor Availability Products
To add products please follow the steps bellow:
- After login into your account, go to Vendor Availability, the system will select the Available Items tab.
- Then, click on the green button called Add Item.
- A pop up will appear. There, you can enter the product information such as Product Description, Category, Color, Unit Type, etc... After filling the information requested click on Save.
- You can use the search filters to find the product in the Available Items main screen. In this screen you will have the list of products already entered.
Please be aware:
- The product will be available to be sold once a company user completes the mapping with their products and the assignation of Default Product Packs. If these processes were already made, the system will display automatically this product as available.

Manage Vendor Availability Items
Komet allows to manage the products after they are added. The vendor user will have the option to delete, update and see who purchased their products.
Deleting an Item
To delete a product just go to the Actions column and click on the "Trash" icon. A confirmation pop up will appear, click on Continue and the item will be deleted.
The line items that have one or more products already purchased cannot be deleted in the system.
Updating Items
The user can update the amount of products that are available. To make this update just click on the field in the Available column and enter the amount you want. The system will save the information automatically.
Units Sold
The users can see who purchase their products and the amount of units that were purchased by going to the Actions column and clicking on the "Magnifying Glass" icon. A pop up window called "Units Sold Details" will appear and there you will have the detail information about the purchase.
Please be aware, the Customer is the importer company that buys the product, it is not the final customer.
