Overview
In this part of the system you can edit under your customer's Days of Service that will allow you to enter the per cube freight rate (in dollars).If a carrier that's setup on a day of service has a cube rate setup, it will be displayed under the "Cube Rate" column.
Instuctions
To enter the Cube Freight Rate follow the steps below:
- Go to Setup > Customers.
- Select the customer you wish and under "Actions" click Edit.
- The Customer Information will pop up and click on Days of Service.
- Next to the Account #, apply the "Cube Rate" for the carrier you wish and click Save.
Relevant Articles
- Only sales managers will have the ability to change the cube rates.
- If the "Freight Billing" is disable these columns will not be displayed on the customer setup.
