Overview

Printing restrictions are now possible for Unconfirmed Orders by the Shipping Department.This option will only work if the option has been enabled by the admin user in the system.

Enabling Printing Restrictions

To enable restrictions:

Go to Setup > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options > Check the "Block shipping from printing docs for unconfirmed orders".

Once this setting has been enabled the system will display a warning indicating the documents relating to that particular order cannot be printed if the user tries to print them from the Shipping > Order Summary or the Tracking > Truck Summary as the order is yet to be confirmed.
