Logiztik Alliance (formerly G&G Cargo) is implementing an EDI System for all shipments.

To avoid the suspension of your shipments with Logiztik Alliance, you must complete the following steps before October 15, 2022.

Step One: Get your Shipping Account and EDI Token

To get your Customers' Shipping Account numbers and your Company's EDI Token, please contact Logistik Alliance (LA). You can contact LA Support at the following addresses:

  • Swetlana Klassen: sklassen@logiztikalliance.com

  • Paul Castillo: systems@logiztikalliance.com

  • Raul Ibarra: ribarra@logiztikalliance.com

Step Two: Update your Customer's Carrier Accounts

To update the customers' Carrier accounts for this Carrier (Logistik Alliance or G&G), do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Setup and select Customers.

  2. Search the Customer you are editing.

  3. Click on Edit from the Actions column.

  4. Click on the Days of Service tab.

  5. Go to Logiztik Alliance (G&G) in the Carrier Accounts section.

  6. Input the Customer's Account Number in the Account # column.

  7. Click on Save.

We are working on adding Logistik Alliance EDI integration to our system. We will email you the instructions before October 15, 2022, so you can activate the integration using the EDI Token you received from Logistik Alliance.
