UNOSOF is a farm management system, with this integration, you can connect your Komet Sales account to the Unosof account and use it to create Purchase Orders and add them to AWBs as a Grower/Importer in Komet Sales through the API.

User Roles enabled to do this action:

Setup: Admin | Use: Admin and Sales Users

This Integration works through our API, the necessary methods are listed below. If you want to learn more about the Komet Sales API, click here.

Set up

Set up the Integration as a Grower

  1. Go to Setup and select Settings.

  2. Click on Tokens from the Integrations group.

  3. Click on New Token.

  4. Select Company on the Token Type dropdown menu.

  5. Grant access to the following methods:

    1. prebook.create

    2. purchase.order.create

    3. purchase.order.items.awb.add

  6. Click on Save.

  7. Share the token with the UNOSOF team so they can finish the setup on their side.

Set up the Integration as a Vendor

  1. Go to Setup and select Settings.

  2. Click on Tokens from the Integrations group.

  3. Click on New Token.

  4. Select Vendor on the Token Type dropdown menu.

  5. Grant access to the following methods:

    1. purchase.order.list

    2. purchase.order.items.awb.add

  6. Click on Save.

  7. Share the token with the UNOSOF team so they can finish the setup on their side.

Use the Integration as a Grower

If your Company uses UNOSOF and you want to use Komet Sales for your operation, do the following instructions:

For Prebooks and Standing Orders

  1. Create the Standing Orders and Prebooks in UNOSOF.

  2. Generate the Barcodes and Labels in UNOSOF.

  3. Finish processing the order in Komet Sales.

For Open Market Inventory

  1. Create the Purchase Order in UNOSOF.

  2. Generate the Barcodes and Labels in UNOSOF.

  3. Finish processing the order in Komet Sales.

Use the Integration as a Vendor

If your Company uses UNOSOF and you want to use Komet Sales for your operation, do the following instructions:

For Prebooks and Standing Orders

  1. Create the Standing Orders and Prebooks in Komet Sales.

  2. Process the Order Packing in UNOSOF.

  3. Generate the Barcodes and Labels in UNOSOF.

  4. Finish processing the order in Komet Sales.

For Open Market Inventory

  1. Create the Purchase Order for Open Market in Komet Sales.

  2. Process the Order Packing in UNOSOF.

  3. Generate the Barcodes and Labels in UNOSOF.

  4. Finish processing the order in Komet Sales.
