How long does the system take to generate Pending Orders when the Truck Date setting is changed ?
Context
The system allows to set up the number of days before the Truck Date, in which the system will generate Prebooks and Purchase Orders based on Standing Orders from the Standing Order settings. But, how long does the system take to catch up and generate the pending orders when you increase this value?
Answer
The system will only take 1 day to generate pending orders. (This process is done at the end of the day)
Users are able to set a number of days for Growers in order to limit how many days in advance a grower can confirm a Purchase Order. This is done in case there are changes that need to be done to that Purchase Order. For more information you can visit: Restrict Purchase Order Confirmations
