Search the Knowledge Base using Amazon Alexa

Komet Knowledge Base can be integrated with Amazon Echo skill. This function has been developed by ADDTEQ.

How to Set it Up

How does it work?

Once the setup process is ready, you just have to use the voice command "Alexa Ask knowledge base ......"  followed by your search word.

If the search on Komet Sales Knowledge Base returns a single result, the page will be read to the user immediately, on the contrary, if several results are returned from the search, Alexa will present the top 5 results and you will have to choose the number of the article that better fits for you need.
