Email Notification for Cancelled and Partially Confirmed POs

Overview

Komet Sales sends an email every time the Vendor cancels or partially confirms a PO to procurement user that created the PO as well as all Procurement Managers.If the vendor partially confirms or cancels a PO, the procurement user can Postpone the Shipment from the Grower > Confirm POs, in case the product is available from a vendor farm or for a different date.

If the PO line is cancelled, you will be able to use the option Delete Item under the "Actions" column on the Grower > Confirm POs tab. Doing that will send the line item back to the purchasing needs.       

  • For a Multiple Location Company, the PO's location will be provided on the e-mail sent by Komet Sales to the user that created the PO as well as the Procurement Manager(s) for that specific location when the PO is partially confirmed, or when it is cancelled by the vendor.
  • If the PO's creator has a procurement role, this user will be notified, as well as the Procurement Managers.
  • If the PO's creator does not have a procurement role, an email will be sent to all the Procurement team, as well as the Procurement Managers of the company.
