Overview


Komet to Komet (K2K) for Sales is a modality that allows companies that are using Komet Sales to share their inventories in real time with other companies that are using Komet Sales. Those companies can take those inventories and offer them via e-commerce to their customers. Once an item is purchased in the Buyer Company the transaction trickles down all the way to the Vendor Company where the product is automatically invoiced. Key words

Vendor Company (VC): Also called Publishing Company. Is the company that is going to publish and transfer (if sold) its Open Market Inventory to the Customer Company.

Buyer Company (CC): Also called Receiving Company. Is the company that is going to receive (and purchase if needed) the Open Market inventory availability of another company.

Handshake Agreement

If you are a Vendor Company, you should send this email to the Buyer Company in order to proceed with the integration.

If you are a Buyer Company, you should send this email to the Vendor Company in order to proceed with the integration.
