Setting up the cubes by carrier

Overview

Salespeople will be able to view the total available space within a truck on any given day and use this to determine if more can be sold to be shipped on that truck. This tool will allow salespeople to sell with confidence while making life easier for operations since the space availability will be monitored by the system.

Whenever salespeople add items to any order for a particular carrier, the system will display a progress bar indicating the usage on that truck.

Setting per carrier

• Go to Setup > Carriers, search for the carrier that you want to set up the cubes for and under the "Actions" column click on "Edit".

• On the Carrier Information tab you'll find the cubes field, type in the truck capacity and save.
