Reactivate a Standing Order
When a Standing Order is Cancelled, the system stores the Standing Order as inactive. To reactivate a Cancelled Standing Order, do the following steps.
Go to Prebook & SO's and select Standing Order Summary.
Search for the Standing Order using the filters.
Click on the drop-down button under the Actions column.
Click on Reactivate.
Click on Yes.
This option is only available for Standing Orders with a Cancelled status.
According to the Standing Order Settings, once you reactivate a Standing Order, the system automatically generates Prebooks before their Truck Date from that moment on.
