This article explains the different dashboards you have available through Komet Analytics.

Customer 360° View

This dashboard provides customer insights such as top preferred categories and products, sales by month,Year to date growth (%), year to date sales, and more.

How to access it

This dashboard is available from the Add Order screen. Select the customer and you'll see the  Customer 360º View link, under General Customer Information card. Click on it and the dashboard will popup.

There's a link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click on the link Go to Komet Analytics to access the platform.
