Overview

The aging is the period of time in days from the moment a product is received in the inventory. This is very important for pricing since the older the product is, the lower the price will be. Komet allows to keep track of this from several screens.

How the Aging is Calculate?

Once an arrival date is assigned to an in-transit product , their aging will start running.

For example, if the current date is  and the arrival date of the product was set for the , the aging will be 3.

If the current date is  and the arrival date is set for the  (in the future) , the aging will be -4.
