When a Standing Order is Cancelled, the system stores the Standing Order as inactive. If you want to reactivate a Standing Order it is possible. This article goes over the process of reactivating a cancelled Standing Order.


(lightbulb) Roles enabled to perform this action: Administrator, Sales Manager, Sales, Procurement Manager, and Allocations.


Info: This option is only available for Standing Orders with a Cancelled status.

According to the Standing Order Settings, once you reactivate a Standing Order, the system starts the automatic generation of Prebooks before their Truck Date from that moment on.

Instructions

Go to Prebook & SO's>>Standing Order Summary.

Search for the Standing Order to be reactivated using the available filters.

Go to the Actions column and click on the drop-down button.

Click con Reactivate.

Click on Yes to confirm.
