Reactivate a Standing Order

When a Standing Order is Cancelled, the system stores the Standing Order as inactive. To reactivate a Cancelled Standing Order, do the following steps.

  1. Go to Prebook & SO's and select Standing Order Summary.

  2. Search for the Standing Order using the filters.

  3. Click on the drop-down button, under the Actions column.

  4. Click on Reactivate.

  5. Click on Yes.

  • This option is only available for Standing Orders with a Cancelled status.

  • According to the Standing Order Settings, once you reactivate a Standing Order, the system automatically generates Prebooks before their Truck Date from that moment on.
