Cancel Credit Cards Payments

This article explain how to cancel a payment.

Once you cancel a payment made through a credit card, Komet Sales will not refund the transaction in Clearent. Also, make sure to save the transaction # and the reference number, since this information will be useful for refunding the transaction in Clearent.

Go to A/R (Accounts Receivables).

Ui step
Click on the Payment History tab.

Ui step
Use the filter to search for the payment you want to cancel.

Ui step
Go to the Actions column and click on Cancel Payment.

Ui step
A confirmation window will appear. Click on Yes to continue.
