I couldn't complete the order. What can I Do?


Error Messages

There are a variety of reasons why e-commerce orders cannot be completed. Messages as the following would appear.

When the cut off time is reached, messages as the following will appear.

Solution
  • "The order cannot be checked out since the cut off time set (11:00 EST) has been reached. Please contact your account manager""The item cannot be added to the order : This message appear when you add products to your shopping cart, but the Checkout process cannot be completed since the cut off time set (11:00 EST) -off time of the original source of one or more of the products chosen has been reached. Please contact your account manager so they can help you"

  • The time limit for this order has expired and this order has been cancelled. In a few minutes you and your salesperson will receive an email listing the items that were cancelled: the order has been cancelled due to the e-commerce timer, please proceed to add the items again to the shopping cart. (Only applies when the e-commerce timer has been enabled for your account).
