Komet allows you to create templates and add them to the prebooksPrebooks. 

To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. Go to Prebooks & SO's > Add Prebook.

  2. Create the prebook and Prebook and save it. Once done, the system will display the "Actions" button  button located on the right-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Enter the items that you need, then go to the "Actions" button  button and click on the "Save as Template" option option.

  4. Click on the link "New Template".

  5. Name the template, select the customer that this template will be valid for and Savesave.

  • A template can be associated to a Customer Group. Type in the Customer Group name by entering 3 letters, select the customer group and click on Save.
  • If a template with a Product Recipe is saved, and the recipe is edited, the system will take into account those changes once the recipe is loaded.
