The system has the option to upload an excel file that contains payment historyrecords, so that payments can be massively processed using this file.

Info

You will be able to download a template where the information can required will need to be added prior to uploading the file.

The template contains the following fieldscolumns:

  • Invoice #
  • Customer code
  • Payment Method
  • Date Paid
  • Discount
  • Amount Paid
  • Reference Number
  • Notes

Instructions

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Account Receivables > Receive Payment.
  2. Select Click on the  "Receive Payment From Excel File" link.



  3. This will then take you to the screen where you download/upload the template.
  4. Update Download the sample excel file and update it.
  5. Upload it when you are done, by dragging the saved file to the dotted area, or click within the dotted area to search and select the file to upload.

  6. The company accounting user that uploaded the file, will receive an email with the results of this upload. Successful and error messages will be provided within the email.
