In the E-commerce section, you can learn how to edit the orders that you have placed. Keep in mind that the order can be edited only if it has an In Progress status.

Once you add the first item to your shopping cart, the order header will be locked (ship date, carrier, ship to, PO #). To be able to edit this information, you must remove the products from your shopping cart first and proceed to edit the information required.

titleInstructions for Editing Orders

To edit the orders that you have placed in the E-commerce follow the steps below:

Log into your E-commerce account.


Ui step

 Go to the E-commerce tab.


Ui step

 Click on "Order Summary".


Ui step

Go to Actions > click on Edit, Delete or Checkout.

After you click on edit the system will bring you back to the "New Order" tab, where you can edit the order and make the changes needed.

titleEditing a Prebook Order From E-commerce

From the Prebook Summary, you can also edit a Prebook order provided that has not been checked out.

Login into your E-commerce account.


Ui step

 Go to the E-commerce tab.

Click on "Prebook Summary".

Go to the Actions column and click on Edit.

When you click on Edit, the system will take you to the New Order screen and you will able to change some features of the prebook, such as Mark Code, Carrier, and Purchase Quantity. (Look at the picture below).

 When you click on Your Cart and then on View Cart, you will be able to remove items.

Finally, you can either Continue Shopping or click on Checkout and the order will be sent to the account manager for final approval.




Warning

Remember you can only add or remove products to the order. You cannot edit the products already placed in the order.

titleEditing Orders in Progress

Every time you login into the E-Commerce, the system will display a popup when you have pending orders for the next three days that maybe you want to re-use. 

Once you click on Use, in the actions column, you will be able to continue editing your pending order. However, if you want to place a new order, just click on Create a new order button and you will be directed to the New order screen from the E-commerce. titleUnable to edit an order?
  • Customers will not be able to edit Prebooks and Orders created by Salespeople.
  • Once the checkout process has been completed, the system will no longer allow users to edit e-commerce orders.
