Once you add the first item to your shopping cart, the order header will be locked (ship date, carrier, ship to, PO #). To be able to edit this information, you must remove the products from your shopping cart first and proceed to edit the information required. Image Modified |

From the Prebook Summary, you can also edit a Prebook order provided that has not been checked out.

Every time you login into the E-Commerce, the system will display a popup when you have pending orders for the next three days that maybe you want to re-use. Once you click on Use, in the actions column, you will be able to continue editing your pending order. However, if you want to place a new order, just click on Create a new order button and you will be directed to the New order screen from the E-commerce.
