How to Set it Up

 Go to the Alexa Skills Store and search for Knowledge Base.

Click on Enable.

Click con Link Account. The system will take you to a window where you must enter your email address, the Knowledge Base URL ( https://learn.kometsales.com/) and the Space Key (KB).

You are ready to begin using the Amazon Echo skill to search information from the Knowledge Base!


How does it

works

work?

Once the setup process is ready, you just have to use the voice command "Alexa Ask knowledge base ......"  following followed by you your search phrase. Keep in mind that if word.

If the search on Komet Sales Knowledge Base returns a single result, the page will be read to the user immediately, on the contrary, if several results are returned from the search, Alexa will present the top 5 results and you will have to choose the number of the article that better fits for you need.
