UPC labels for product in units can be printed while opening boxes from the Staging Are, Inventory in boxes and Order Entry screens and also, from the Units Inventory screen. Remember that UPC codes information can be set up from Setup>>Products>>Manage Hard Goods screen.entered while creating Standing Orders, Prebooks and Standalone PO's and also, from the Product Setup as the number entered in the Bunch Code field will be taken as UPC number.
